Mark T. Neil is the founder and principal of Mark T. Neil and Associates, a law firm concentrating in probate, trust, and estate planning. Within these areas, the firm has a unique focus of providing estate planning to unmarried couples. Mr. Neil is also former Director of a national 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to creating equal rights for single and unmarried couples.
Kristi M. Vetri concentrates her practice in elder law and non-traditional couples. She has been a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA) since 1999 and a Director on its national board since 2009. She lectures on a variety of Elder Law topics throughout the United States, makes frequent guest appearances on radio, and has authored numerous articles and is an adjunct professor of law at John Marshall Law School in Chicago.
Richard A. Wilson is a partner in the law firm of Grund & Leavitt. Mr. Wilson has practiced exclusively in the field of family and matrimonial law for nearly twenty years. Mr. Wilson’s practice has particular concentration in the area of same-sex domestic relations law, where he has long and uniquely distinguished himself, with particular emphasis on nontraditional family law and the rights and interests of persons in same-sex relationships. Mr. Wilson has frequently spoken and lectured on these issues both in the US and Canada. He is currently an Adjunct Professor at IIT/Chicago-Kent College of Law, where he teaches in the LLM program on the law of nontraditional families. Mr. Wilson is a Fellow of the International Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers (IAML).
